Ethiopian Country Advisor
Elizabeth has worked extensively in the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of social development initiatives. She has undertaken assignments in a broad range of areas including water and sanitation, health, education, HIV/AIDS, social welfare, and rural development.
She has worked for both government and non-government organizations including the Rehabilitation Agency for the Disabled, the Addis Ababa Urban Development, the Family Development Project, Save the Children UK, and the African Child Policy Forum. Elizabeth has also provided professional advisory services to organizations working in the water and sanitation sector in Ethiopia, including GTZ, DFID and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland.Elizabeth is an Ethiopian national and holds a B.A. in Social Work from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia, and an M.A. in International Development & Social Change from Clark University, U.S.
