"The reasons that I first got involved with WaterCan were mostly because I wanted to make a difference and show others that they can too. When my Dad came back from Zimbabwe for two weeks, I enjoyed his stories and pictures, and I wanted to help improve these people's quality of life."
"When I started my first fundraiser, my goal was $500. I was amazed at how much money quickly came in, and extended that goal to $1000. I raised almost $2000 that year. Now, my total fundraising efforts have exceeded $10,000. My main goal now is to raise awareness which in turn inspires others."
