Walk for Water Planning Committee Chair WaterCan’s Walk for Water encourages Canadians to walk and raise funds to help provide people in eastern Africa with clean water, sanitation facilities and better health. The WaterCan Walk for Water chair is responsible for organizing and executing a Walk event in their community/school/business. The chair provides overall leadership to the Walk organizing committee and manages all elements of the Walk for Water to ensure its success in raising funds for WaterCan as well as raising awareness of clean water and sanitation issues in developing countries.
