WaterCan’s vital work is made possible by a host of individuals—staff, volunteers, donors and African partners— who share a deep commitment to WaterCan’s vision: Clean Water for All!
Under the guidance of WaterCan’s Board of Directors, a multi-disciplinary team of dedicated staff at the WaterCan national office located in Ottawa carry out programming in line with the organization’s mandate. In accordance with WaterCan’s development model, the Ottawa-based international programming staff work in close collaboration with indigenous country advisors and partner organizations in carrying out clean water and sanitation projects in east African communities.
In Canada, WaterCan’s work and vision has many champions including Margaret Trudeau, WaterCan’s Honorary President, whose powerful voice and passion help to galvanize support from a growing constituency of concerned Canadians such as you.
